 It operates through Seven Spheres of Light — Wisdom, Love, Power, Harmony, Truth, Justice, and Illumination.

 Through meditation, study, and service, members align their souls with this sacred pattern, becoming living instruments of cosmic balance on Earth.

Cosmic Kingdom Order & The Prime Council

The Cosmic Kingdom Order serves as the supreme spiritual and constitutional framework governing the nation, uniting divine law, moral authority, and orderly governance. It establishes the ethical foundation, sacred mandate, and long-term vision under which all institutions, governments, and operations function.

The Prime Council operates as the highest governing authority within this Order. Entrusted with guardianship of doctrine, constitutional law, and national mission, the Prime Council holds the power to establish policy, ratify governance structures, and delegate executive authority. Acting as stewards of both spiritual and civil order, the Council ensures alignment between faith, law, and institutional integrity.

Through formal mandate, the Prime Council vests operational power in Government Officers, authorizing them to administer departments, enforce policy, manage public services, and execute national objectives. These officers operate under delegated authority, bound by constitutional law, ethical standards, and accountability to the Prime Council. This structure ensures balanced governance—where spiritual authority guides vision, and professional leadership executes responsibility through disciplined, transparent administration.
